Winx365 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules, Play Safely

Winx365 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, while the maximum depends on your account's verification level.

After a successful deposit, your balance is usually credited within 5 to 15 minutes. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team with your transaction ID.

Every bonus and promotion at Winx365 comes with its own terms. In most cases, you must wager a specified amount before you can withdraw a bonus — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Every bonus has an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus is automatically cancelled once it expires. Note that after claiming a bonus, bets placed on certain games may not count toward the wagering requirement — this is specified on each promotion's page.

Winx365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the reasons listed below. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.
